Specialising in the Refurbishment and Rebuilding of Three Piece Split Rims, we can offer you a range of powder coating & polishing options which most Wheel Refurbishers won’t undertake. Working in conjunction with BJV Engineering next door, we can provide your wheels with a high standard finish.

First; the wheels are chemically stripped to remove the existing finish. The chemical used has been specifically designed for stripping alloy wheels without causing damage to the wheel itself.

After stripping, the wheel is media blasted to remove any debris or corrosion that remains within the wheel and provides a base for the new finish.

Any necessary repair to the wheel is carried out at this point. Depending on the amount of damage, it may not be possible nor cost effective to repair the wheel, you will be informed if this is the case. When repairing, the only filler used is alloy weld.

We then split the wheel into the three sections to enable them to be painted or polished, depending on your requirements, which will have been discussed prior to the refurbishment process being undertaken.

All wheels finished will be done so using Powder Coat. This is the strongest, most cost effective finish that can be applied to your wheels. Once your wheels have been refurbished, they will then be rebuilt using our durable tried and tested sealant. The sealant is placed on all mating surfaces to ensure your wheel is leak free.

Please note that the condition of your refurbished wheels will also depend on the condition in which we receive them.
